Contact us using our mailing form found on our HOME webpage. Let us know what you like. We will guide you through the process.
Terms and conditions
We use PayPal to keep you safe and secure. Reverb implements its own security conditions. Your purchase is protected and the return policy is described at the Reverb Store.
In case of ordering a custom instrument geneally you cannot return it back. If you need to return it for any reason, there is a return fee (15% of the original price). The return will be accepted only if the instrument and its case are in perfect condition.
Our quality control won't accept a BMC Guitar to leave our workshop if it is defective.
