About Messiah

We made Messiah to be your best selection when alternate, lower tunings are concerned. It is modern, aggressive and powerful. Messiah is made for metal and Djent. It is a multiscale design that will fit best into your favorite lower tuned riffs but will perform great with standard E tuning as well. We have encountered multi-scale guitars that, due to their extreme designing perception, have lost their technical playing character. Messiah retains the soloist and shred machine characteristics. You can do sweeps as well as heavy and powerful chording due to its carefully designed multi-scale pattern.

Tonewoods

When it comes to lower tunings and high gain distortion we need tonewoods that cut through. The Messiah body is made of heavy European Ash. The guitar body is thinner than our other models. We designed it this way to avoid heavy weight, uncomfortable situations. The neck is made of Wenge and the fretboard is Ebony. The tonewood combination will give you clear notes with perfect string separation. Perfect for the modern musical styles.

Electrics

Messiah features Fishman's Fluence Modern electrics. Pickups are "active" and get their power by a 9 Volt battery found in the back of the guitar in an easy-to-change battery box. The pickup system has two voicings that are accessible by the push pull function of the tone pots. Created to fit right into the Messiah design and purpose.

Hardware

Messiah features six individual ABM bridges placed in the right spot to give you room for your intonation adjustments. The tuners, as well as the locking strap buttons, are made by Schaller. The guitar features a two-way truss rod accessible from the headstock area. The frets are stainless steel and are high enough to provide that easy bendings you desire when shredding.

Tunings

There are endless tunings that you could end up with using multiscale guitars. Messiah is optimized for use with 7 specific tunings. To make it easy, we provide the string gauges that you should use on each tuning, to maintaining the feel of the classic .10-.46 gauge string set, placed on a 25.5" scale guitar on Standard E tuning. It is a good and safe place to start with.
